Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TextFit mobile app and this website (together, the "Service"), provided by 01 Apps ("we", "us"), registration number 307473546, of Pilėnų g. 45A-1, LT-36237 Panevėžys, Lithuania. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. The Service

TextFit lets you describe a workout in plain text and turns it into a structured workout you can save, push to intervals.icu, and schedule to Apple Watch. TextFit can also check Apple Health to detect when you've completed a workout. Some features require a paid Pro subscription (see Section 6).

2. Not medical advice

TextFit is a training-planning tool, not a medical device or a substitute for professional medical or coaching advice. Workouts are generated from the text you provide and may contain errors. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program, and use your own judgment about what's safe for you. You use the Service, and perform any workout it produces, at your own risk.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use TextFit. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Your account

TextFit creates an anonymous account on your device when you first open the app — no sign-up is required. You're responsible for keeping your device secure, since it's what anchors your account. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings in the app; see our Privacy Policy for what that removes.

5. Subscriptions, free trial & billing

TextFit Pro is an auto-renewing subscription purchased through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or on our website (where payment is processed by Stripe). The price, billing period, and any free trial length are shown before you subscribe.

• For App Store / Google Play purchases, payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. For web purchases, your card is charged by our payment processor (Stripe) at confirmation.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within that 24-hour period.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited once you purchase a paid subscription.
• Manage or cancel an App Store / Google Play subscription any time via your device's store account settings, or the "Manage subscription" button in the app. Manage or cancel a web subscription via the customer-portal link in your receipt email.
• Refunds for App Store / Google Play purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. For web purchases, contact support@textfit.app.

6. Free tier & usage limits

Free accounts include a limited number of workout generations and saves per month; Pro accounts get higher limits. We may change these limits, or the features included in each tier, from time to time.

7. Third-party services

TextFit integrates with intervals.icu, Apple Health, Apple Watch (WorkoutKit), and the Apple App Store / Google Play. These services are provided by third parties under their own terms, which you're responsible for reviewing and complying with. We're not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to submit content that is illegal, abusive, or infringes someone else's rights;
• attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Service or its security;
• access the Service through automated means to abuse or overload it;
• misrepresent your identity or impersonate anyone else.

We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Ownership

You retain ownership of the training text you write. By submitting it, you grant us a license to process it (including sending it to our AI provider) solely to provide the Service to you. TextFit, its branding, and its underlying software are owned by 01 Apps and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee that AI-generated workouts are error-free, safe for you specifically, or uninterrupted.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 01 Apps will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including personal injury arising from performing a workout — arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, if any.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. Ownership, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability) will continue to apply.

13. Apple App Store terms

If you downloaded TextFit from the Apple App Store, you also acknowledge that:

• this agreement is between you and 01 Apps only, not Apple, and Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Service;
• Apple is not responsible for any product claims, including that the Service fails to meet applicable legal or regulatory requirements;
• 01 Apps, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Service or your use of it;
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lithuania, except where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim in your own country of residence.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and for material changes we'll make a reasonable effort to notify you in the app. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
