Who makes it

TextFit is made by 01 Apps, a one-person studio. The person who writes the code also writes the guides on this site, answers support@textfit.app, and does the intervals. There is no content team and nothing here is written to fill a calendar.

Why it exists

Self-coached runners and cyclists already know what session they want to do. The friction is getting it onto the device: Garmin Connect, the COROS app, Polar Flow, Zwift and the rest each have a block builder, and each one asks you to think like an editor when you want to think like an athlete. TextFit takes the sentence you would text a training partner, in any language, turns it into a structured workout, and hands it to intervals.icu, which delivers it to your watch or head unit.

What it will not try to be

  • Not a coach. It structures the session you describe; it does not decide what you should do.
  • Not a training log or analytics platform. intervals.icu, Strava and your device already do that.
  • Not a device driver. If intervals.icu cannot reach a device, neither can TextFit.

How the guides are written

Device how-tos are checked against the manufacturer's own documentation before they are published, and every guide states plainly what TextFit can and cannot do in that situation. If something is wrong, email and it gets fixed.
